Semantics:
07. NA07 is the owner's Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code.
11. NA11 indicates the equipment damage status. A "Y" indicates equipment is damaged; an "N" indicates equipment is not damaged.

Comments:
03. NA03 contains the equipment initial of an associated shipment and is required by rail. If unknown, use NONZ for van or NONU for container.
04. NA04 contains the equipment number of an associated shipment.
09. NA09 is the Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code of the operator of the equipment.
