Syntax:
1. GA14 P1415 -- If either GA14 or GA15 are present, then the others are required.
2. GA16 P1617 -- If either GA16 or GA17 are present, then the others are required.

Semantics:
02. GA02 is required on the first occurrence of the segment and for each new occurrence of a different commodity code.
06. GA06 is used for crop week.
08. GA08 is used for the unload date.
09. GA09 will contain the number of cars being claimed for incentive rate.
14. GA14 is the terminal or staging area name.

Comments:
02. GA02 contains the Canadian Grain Commission Commodity Code for terminal elevator accounting.
05. GA05 is used for grain block number.
13. If GA13 is equal to "Y" then this is a direct hit to departure wharf for vessel loading. If "N" this is to be unloaded at terminal and GA14 is required to identify the terminal or staging area prior to vessel loading.
